You may be sitting at home, curled up in the fetal position, asking yourself amid sobs "Just how did Brooke Burke lose that baby weight so soon after giving birth?!" Well buck up camper! I just might have some answers to turn that frown upside down.
She recently spoke to "In Touch" magazine in which she described her post-birth eating routine.
“I try to avoid white flour, fats and carbs, and no sugar.” She said.
She also said that when she craved a burger she'd just buy it and then take the bun off. There you have it. She may be fabulously gorgeous and skinny, but I bet her hands are messy and smell like ketchup. At least you have that. Now go outside and get some fresh air. You stink.

After more than a month of indecision, Brooke Burke and her husband David Charvet have finally named their fourth child. They settled on Shaya. Here is what Brooke has to say on the matter:
“We played with so many different names, and both loved Shaya the most. It means God’s gift in Hebrew. David came up with a middle name, Braven, which I really like. I want to give him part of my name too, so I am thinking about double Bs in the middle like my initials, Braven-Burke.”
More importantly, will baby Shaya hold on to vague memories of being nameless for months? I know I would. Expect some lucky therapist to have a new patient in around thirty years.
I meant Shaya not me. I already go to a therapist.

Brooke Burke is a mommy, four times over. This is not news. She just started her own company to sell clothes to expectant mothers though. Who knows more about being pregnant and fabulous than Brooke? I know some of you guys out there fantasize about Brooke Burke tricking you into putting on lipstick, so this ones for you. I know this isn't exactly the sexiest subject matter, but Brooke recently gave an interview to a favorite website of mine, ModernMom.com. She talked about the rigors of balancing a career with raising children. It was an illuminating read for all of you supermodel moms out there. She uses some kind of an elaborate points system with her kids. Here read on:
"I discipline them through structure and I use a point reward system. " she said. Yum. Do her kids know how lucky they are?! Discipline?! Reward?! I gotta go take an ice shower....
"We spend a lot of time on the beach. My older girls love to play games. We travel together, have family dinners each night, and we really love 'special nights' when we all sleep together." I haven't been this jealous of some bratty kids since I realized I was too tall to get into the playroom at Chuck E. Cheese. Here is a link to the interview:

Here is a short interview with Brooke in which she answers the most pressing questions of our age, including "Who is hotter?! Drummers or guitarists?" I just like to put this interview on repeat and let her gentle, swaying voice lull me to sleep. I imagine we are both relaxing in a lush meadow as she tells me all about her eclectic music taste. It is actually the only thing that has been working lately:
