You may be sitting at home, curled up in the fetal position, asking yourself amid sobs "Just how did Brooke Burke lose that baby weight so soon after giving birth?!" Well buck up camper! I just might have some answers to turn that frown upside down.
She recently spoke to "In Touch" magazine in which she described her post-birth eating routine.
“I try to avoid white flour, fats and carbs, and no sugar.” She said.
She also said that when she craved a burger she'd just buy it and then take the bun off. There you have it. She may be fabulously gorgeous and skinny, but I bet her hands are messy and smell like ketchup. At least you have that. Now go outside and get some fresh air. You stink.
